What it is
Free (MIT). No API keys: it runs on your Claude Code plan. Clone the repo into ~/.claude/skills/claude-council, start a new Claude Code session, and ask the council a big question. The exact prompt I used: "consult the council: I'm about to post my Instagram reel about (your topic). Which opening should I lead with to stop the scroll, and what would you change before I post it?"
